Modine PDP Model Sizes and Ratings
Each PDP and BDP size shares one input rating. The blower BDP puts out slightly more heat than the propeller PDP of the same size.

PDP Parts and Model Numbers
Replacement parts are available for every Modine PDP and BDP size. That includes motors, gas valves, ignition controls, pressure switches and burner assemblies.
Heinlein Supply is an authorized Modine distributor. Parts stay available for older PDP and BDP heaters that are out of production. A complete replacement heater can be sourced when a repair no longer makes sense.
Modine matches parts to the full model and serial number on the rating plate. Call us with both numbers and we will find the right part.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where is the model number on a Modine PDP heater?
The model number on a Modine PDP or BDP heater is printed on the rating plate, next to the serial number. Modine identifies replacement parts by the full model and serial number together. Both numbers can be checked with the Modine part lookup before ordering.
Can a Modine PDP heater be converted from natural gas to propane?
A Modine PDP or BDP heater converts in the field from natural gas to propane with a PDP BDP conversion kit. Heaters installed above 2,000 feet also need a Modine high altitude kit. Modine reduces the rating by 4 percent for each 1,000 feet above sea level.
