The PA, PAE, PD, PV, and BA series require you to identify your gas valve brand before ordering. The conversion spring kit is specific to the valve installed on your heater.

How to Find the Right Conversion Kit for Your PTX BTX Heater

PTX and BTX separated combustion heaters do not require gas valve identification. The model number is on the rating plate, typically on the heater cabinet side.

Look for PTX or BTX followed by a number. That number is the BTU input in thousands. PTX250 means 250,000 BTU.
